1. Purchase Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for reading the full product description, checking region compatibility, and system requirements before making a purchase.
2. Escalation Procedure
In case of an issue, buyers should first attempt to resolve it with the vendor using the Order Messaging system. If a resolution is not reached, a formal dispute must be raised before the escrow release period.
3. Account Security
Buyers must keep their Cansly account secure. Any unauthorized purchases made due to account compromise are the responsibility of the account holder.
4. Review Etiquette
Reviews must be based on actual purchase experiences. Malicious or fake reviews intended to damage a vendor's reputation without cause will be removed.
