Vendors must ensure that all digital assets listed are valid, legally obtained, and accurately described. Selling stolen, duplicated, or non-functional keys results in immediate account termination and fund forfeiture.
2. Delivery Obligations
Vendors are expected to maintain high levels of instant delivery. Repeated delays in manual processing or failures to deliver will result in store downgrades or suspension.
3. Payout & Fees
Vendors agree to the platform commission rates as outlined in the Cansly fee schedule. Withdrawals are processed after the buyer's 8-hour escrow window has cleared.
4. Customer Service
Vendors must respond to buyer inquiries via Order Messaging within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24 hours). Professionalism is mandatory in all platform communications.
